Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and verified within 2–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.

Pre-orders are processed immediately at checkout.

Shipping times for pre-orders may differ from standard orders and will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the listed production and shipping timelines.

Order Changes

Please double-check your cart and shipping details before placing your order.

Once an order has been submitted, Ultrasnuggy is unable to make changes to items, quantities, or shipping addresses.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately via our contact page or at support@ultrasnuggy.com.

We can only update addresses before your order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, Ultrasnuggy is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Ultrasnuggy is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@ultrasnuggy.com and we’ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
