Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Ultrasnuggy. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Buyer preference or ordering errors (such as wrong size or change of mind):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our mistake or product issues (such as defects or incorrect items):
We will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ultrasnuggy.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original one (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
